CULTURAL NIGHT

 

Cultural Night (previously International Night) will be held on April 24 from 5-7pm. Families can sign up to participate by hosting a cultural table, bringing and running activities at cultural tables, bringing traditional food, participating in the kids cultural presentation, etc. Please sign up by April 10 if you would like to participate in the Kids Cultural Presentation and April 15 if you would like to participate in hosting a Cultural Table! We also need LWSD-approved volunteers to help with this event. Questions? Please email community@rosaparksptsa.org.

SILENT AUCTION

 

The PTSA auction will open Saturday, April 19, and will close Thursday, April 24 at 6:30pm during Cultural Night.  Check it out and bid here.

 

The auction will be held through Zeffy.  When registering for the auction, Zeffy will ask if you would like to donate a percentage of your winning bid, you can say "NO THANK YOU".  (If you say yes, it will add a percentage on to your winner bid amount.). You will be able to veiw baskets during Cultural Night, in the hallway, by the office. 

 

Basket Pick-up: Each winning bidder can take their basket at the conclusion of Cultural Night on April 24 at 7pm.  If you are unable to be there at that time, you may pick up Friday, April 25 from 8:40-10:00am in the lobby, near the office. If you are unable to pick up your basket during these times, please email fundraising@rosaparksptsa.org to schedule a pickup time. 


100% of the Proceeds will go to PTSA. Thank you for supporting the students!

Birthday Books

Birthday Books is a PTA-sponsored program.  It is a great way to celebrate your child’s birthday while enhancing Rosa Park's Library collection. This allows our school community the gift of reading. A Birthday Book can be donated by signing up online. Making a donation to the Birthday Book program will enable our Librarian to select and purchase a book on behalf of the birthday child.

This is quite possibly one of the easiest ways to provide extra funds to our school's PTSA. Our programs rely on your donations as well as your corporate matching! Many local companies match donations to non-profit organizations so you can get your donations matched.
