Our Goal 

Welcome new and returning families to Rosa Parks.  At the start of the school year we would like to encourage you to participate in the FUN RUN fundraiser which will be our primary fundraiser this year.  Last year, our PTSA contracted with an external company who shared the funds raised to organize this event. This year we will organize the event ourselves with the support of our school staff to maximize our fundraising dollars. Funds raised will help support all PTSA programs like IXL, Art Smart, Math Adventure, School Safety, Accelerated Reader, Nature Vision, PTSA events, and so much more that benefit all students at Rosa Parks. 

 

This year our goal is to raise $50,000 through fundraising efforts to support our programs.  We are suggesting a $100 contribution per student, but whatever you are able to contribute from $10 to $1,000 will be greatly appreciated.  

 

What is the Fun Run ? 

For two weeks starting on September 25th, students will ask family and friends to support them, their PTSA and their school with donations. We’ll end this fundraising campaign with a Fun run during school on Oct 6th. More details on the fun run and how to donate will be sent home with your child closer to the fun run date.

Rosa Parks PTSA is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is tax-deductible.  Our tax ID number is 204931754.  Please check with your employer to find out if employer matching is available.
